SAS assisted in preparing the Financial aspects of this Project. We had the privilege of dealing with a direct descendent of The Wright Brothers (inventors of Airplanes) – Mr. Bernie Wright.

We got involved with over 10 branches of Unite the Union. Total approximate value of all Contracts was in excess of £15m over 3 years.The largest Project was Glasgow. SAS was hands on with all financial aspects of this long term contract including carrying out surprise site visit to ascertain progress and report to Directors of any shortcomings that would affect costings.

An Indian Bank with over 2500 branches worldwide and 10 in UK.SAS consultants were directly involved in sourcing, negotiating and also project managing 3 Branches. Southall, Kenton and Aldgate.Total project value was approx. £1m, over 2 years. Below is a summary of their Aldgate Branch.

The Party in Government at the moment. SAS were involved in the negotiations and eventual preparation of Heads of Terms which were then converted into a Contract by Metro’s Solicitors.The Project was fully designing and building their then Head Quarters in Victoria. A challenging project from financial view point whereby SAS’s experience in Credit Control helped in securing timely payments. Summary of the project follows.

A challenging Project where main works were carried out in Holland. SAS prepared the costings and Agreement. The extraction of stage payments was challenging in that we had to liaise with Client’s officers in UK, Amsterdam and USA, quite often working the American time shifts !
